The gospel of health is to be firmly linked with the ministry of the Word
As a means of overcoming prejudice and gaining access to minds, medical missionary work must be
done……..in many places where the truth has not yet been proclaimed. We are to work as gospel medical
missionaries, to heal the sin-sick souls by giving them the message of salvation
Workers are needed now. As a people, we are not doing one fiftieth of what we might do as active
missionaries
Mission Statement
To promote healthful living and present Jesus Christ to all humanity by the prevention and treatment
of disease, and rehabilitation through a service of love , mercy, and compassion to all, as objects
of God’s special care and attention.
General Objectives
To advocate for and implement Medical Missionary Work
Specific Objectives
1. To promote health reform
2. To provide health education
3. To provide health support to Adventist Health Institutions
4. To support student Elective programs
5. To provide medical support to other organizations and the general public when called upon
6. To preach the first, second and third Angels’ message
